GreenPeak has embraced the internationally-recognized high quality management system standard established and administered by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). To achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification, GreenPeak has successfully passed a comprehensive audit of the quality system by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA, a leading global, independent certification body). GreenPeak received the ISO 9001:2008 certification in recognition of the successful implementation of its total quality management system (QMS), which contains fully documented procedures that address all processes of GreenPeak’s organization with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
